Complex Shapes Are Packaged Perfectly
High-speed multiple lane production lines may have complex packaging requirements or difficultly-shaped products. Our expertise in Product Handling and Registration allows us to incorporate those functions into our packaging machinery. These functions might include alignment, accumulation, servo corner transfers, servo belt feeders for registration, stacking product, feeding and orienting containers, and precisely positioning containers and product for loading.
Carton Experts
Graybill Machines has been supplying specialty food product end-load cartoning for large (up to 10" diameter), round food products–such as cakes and pies–since 1980. These cartoners feature unpainted construction as standard, with mechanisms offset outside the product zone, allowing clear space below the product zone for ease of cleaning. These continuous motion cartoners are available in dedicated or adjustable size.

Our experience ranges from large products such as layer cakes in single lanes to small products such as confections in multiple lanes.
