Planning
Count on our expertise in the food business to guide you while strategizing and identifying equipment requirements for a new product introduction, a plant capacity increase, or a plant efficiency improvement.

Defining
Graybill Machines will define the scope of work by providing preliminary engineering services to do problem solving and evaluation, develop a conceptual solution, and prove that solution through hand tests, computer simulations, or small proof-of-principle tests and demonstrations.

Design
We will design full size production machinery for your application, and prepare approval drawings for your review and approval.

Manufacturing
We will manufacture your machinery in our fully equipped computerized machine shop, sheet metal shop, and welding shop. We build your control panels and wire your machine. Our manufacturing process also includes assembly and a dry run test of the machinery.

Testing
Using your product, we will test run your machinery to ensure it functions smoothly and meets all predetermined specifications. The final stage of machine testing requires your review and approval before shipping.

Installation & Startup
Working with your local contractors, we will install, start up and run your new equipment. We will also train your personnel to run, adjust, and maintain the equipment as shown in the equipment manuals that accompany your machinery.

Service & Support
We provide field service and preventative maintenance programs tailored to your needs and your specific equipment.
