We will work with you to define the scope of work by providing preliminary engineering services, problem solving, and evaluation. We will develop a conceptual solution, and prove that solution through hand tests, computer simulations, or small proof-of-principle tests and demonstrations.

In this phase, our engineers will utilize Solidworks 3D CAD software to design production machinery for your application. Once the design is complete, we will prepare drawings for your review and approval.

Once designs are customer approved, we will manufacture your custom equipment in our Lititz, PA facility. Everything is done in-house, from CNC machining and welding, to building the control panels and wiring. We have the facility to complete the entire machine build, in house, from beginning to end.

Using your product, we will test run your machinery to ensure it functions smoothly and meets all predetermined specifications. The final stage of machine testing requires your inspection and approval before shipping.

Working with you and your local contractors, we will install, start up, and run your new equipment at your facility. We will ensure it meets your specifications and meets your production requirements. Our team will also train your personnel to run, adjust, and maintain the equipment.

We provide field service and preventive maintenance programs tailored to your needs and your specific equipment.

Gharana Foods is a small family owned and operated business. We had scaled our business by adding people and process to grow and we realized that can only scale for so long. We approached Graybill after finding their website right before the start of COVID to modernize equipment that we had designed and developed in-house.
