Manufacture your 3”, 4”, 5”, or 6” shells with our Dean Pie Shell Press Model 16055. This compact machine is equipped with foil dropper, dough depositor, and shell press in a 12’ long machine. With rates up to 36 indexes per minute, this machine produces up to 6,500 shells per hour in the multiple size configuration.

Size changeover is easy, requiring no tools, with all the necessary parts for one size stored on a portable parts cart.

For higher outputs of a single size, our Dean Pie Shell Press in the dedicated size configuration allows filling the width with 4, 5, 6, or even 8 lanes of smaller shells (depending on shell size), for outputs of 8,600 to 13,000 or more shells per hour.
