This water jacketed hopper was recently completed for a customer. It's designed to hold two different materials, such as peanut butter and chocolate. Both hopper sides are sealed from each other so that each side can operate at its own temperature. The fabricators challenge was to ensure all seams were welded precisely to prevent water leaks.…
