Gharana Foods is a small family owned and operated business. We had scaled our business by adding people and process to grow and we realized that can only scale for so long. We approached Graybill after finding their website right before the start of COVID to modernize equipment that we had designed and developed in-house. Graybill spent time with us understanding our requirements and apprehensions. Within a few weeks, Graybill demonstrated a proof-of-concept design that took into consideration all our feedback. We knew immediately we had found the right partner. Over the course of the 7-month project, the Graybill team provided consistent updates, asked the right questions, and kept the project on time. When the equipment was ready for testing, the team spent the entire day walking us through all aspects of the design and equipment to gather final feedback and confirm everything was working the way we expected.
This project was no small challenge and Graybill successfully consolidated 5 existing pieces of equipment, 3 independent processes, and 6 operators into a single, streamlined piece of equipment requiring only 1 operator. From concept to conclusion (and beyond), Graybill has been a partner. Our trust and investment in Graybill changed the trajectory of our business and we cannot be more thankful to have found such a group to work with.
