Pie
Machines

We help bakeries improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase production with custom pie machines. We can develop custom machines to automate common pie processes and meet your needs.

Automating Your Pie Line

Our pie machines can do everything you need to get your product ready for the oven. We can drop and place the foils used for your product, perform either cross-sheeting, in-line sheeting, or pressing of dough, accurately and repeatedly fill the pie shells, apply top crusts, crimp and seal the dough, mark the crust with your desired pattern, and even load the product into your oven.

Our pie machines can be configured in single or multiple lanes and can be supplied in either mechanical or electronic drive versions. Our pie machines can also be configured to produce a variety of sizes and styles of product on the same line. The best feature of all, though, is that our high-quality, robust machinery is designed to give you years and years of dependable, repeatable, profitable cycles.

Custom Machines for All Pie Types

Whether you specialize in large pies or smaller snack pies, our team is experienced at automating common and specialized pie processes. Here are some of the product types that can be accommodated:

  • Scrap-less pressed shell line
  • 2-crust fruit pie line
  • Shell line with sheeted dough
  • 2-crust combination line
  • Meringue pie line
  • Crème pie line
  • Graham crumb shell line

Standard Designs

While each project we take is unique, we have developed some machinery solutions that are standard designs. Our standard designs have already been engineered, tested, and are currently in live production lines. Each is available for customization to meet your needs and desired production capabilities.
