No Shear Topping Applicator

The Graybill No Shear Topping applicator is a valuable tool in the application of expensive toppings.  Toppings are a premium appearance item and can be among the most expensive ingredients so optimizing their usage is invaluable.  Controlling the amount and distribution uniformity allows coverage to be achieved with less toppings.

Round or rectangular patterns can be stretched or shrunk in the direction of travel to fit a product or produce a special shape. The pattern specific application drum can be easily changed without tools and can be removed for wash out.
